Kuhn Natchanun is co-founder partner of the firm since 2013.

She graduated from Thammasat University with LL.B. in 2004 and joined University trainee program at Office of Phuket Public Prosecution as a trainee training directly with Deputy of Provincial Chief Public Prosecutor (Position: Senior Expert Public Prosecutor) for several months in 2003, having started her working life after serving the lawyer license and barrister-at-law degree rapidly in 2006 as a junior litigator at Paul’s International Law Office in Phuket before shifting laterally to the in-house legal function as a Lawyer supervising Property Registration Division at Laguna Resorts and Hotels Public Co., Ltd. of area practice in Phuket and Bangkok , where her scope of work extended beyond all kind of property registrations, it was included drafting, reviewing several contracts and legal team management.

In 2009, she relocated in Bangkok to be a legal manager and senior lawyer at Maxwell Legal Firm specialized in Immigration matters and business consulting with responsibility of selecting the right junior lawyers from outset, building lawyer team and supervising for variety sections ; litigation section, registration, drafting contracts, corporate formation, restructuring the company, immigration section and investigation section. After all management responsibilities for over 4 years including legal role at Laguna Resorts and Hotels Public Co., Ltd., she decided to shift to the litigator in 2011 and relocated in Phuket to work at Bay Shore Co., Ltd. having real estate business in Phuket which laterally restructured shareholder and founders, therefore she shifted to work at UDS International Law Office and J.C. Group Co., Ltd, having branches in Phuket, Krabi and Phan-Nga, handling a variety of different types of cases.

Khun Kunnatee is co-founder partner of the firm in 2013

After graduation from university Khun Kunnatee started working with International law firm in Bangkok as Legal Consultants. Her responsibility is immigration matters for foreign clients, corporate formations and restructurings and serves the lawyer license in 2006. Then Khun Kunnatee relocated in Phuket in 2008 and worked briefly for a Thai real estate developer, where her duties included due diligence reviews, land transfers, leases and mortgages. She has personally attended the land offices in several provinces. She drafted and reviewed all kinds of real estate contracts and prepared documents for the transfer of yachts.

In addition, she has registered numerous companies, received certification under the Treaty of Amity and has done BOI applications and trademark registrations.

In 2009, she joined the International Law Firm, Mulvana De Angeli in Phuket Branch. At the firm she has been engaged principally in real estate transactions and become a specialized in real estate in the area of the condominium, land allocation, hotel and resort. She also provide legal advice to clients especially foreigner investment i.e. company formation, corporate structure, re-structuring, shareholder agreement which is appropriate to the client desire. In 2011, she worked for the Attitude Club Co.,Ltd. (former named Two Villas Group) as Legal Manager of Real Estate Development Group in Phuket. Her responsibility is serving the potential client who is interested in the property, at this job, she has learned every steps of real estate transaction including but not limited to the condominium registration, villa allocation and involve with its estate management.

Khun Kunnatee speaks Thai and English.

Khun Kunnatee is admitted to practice law in Thailand.

She has been a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2006.

Khun Penpan Suwannakat is joined of the firm in July 2016.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Faculty of Business Administration from Rajapruk University in 2014.

Khun Penpan’s responsibility is coordinating with government sectors, registering the company formation and re-structuring registrations.

In addition, she also has the ability to visa & work permit procedure, documents translation and maintaining work process flows by coordinating with Office Administrator.

Khun Penpan speaks Thai and English.

Khun Ananya Suepsin is joined of the firm in 2018. 

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Law (LL.B.) from Mae Fah Luang University in 2011. 

After graduation from university Khun Ananya started working with law firm in Phuket as assistance lawyer. Her responsibility is preparing necessary documents for registration, checking information of land and translation documents for foreign clients.

In 2016, she worked for the Attitude Club Co.,Ltd. as Corporate lawyer. Her responsibility is make and review contracts or legal documents for developer, advise and inform about information of project and step of property registration to client and registration property at Land office, at this job, she has coordinate with the bank about client’s loan for invest in property.

Khun Ananya’s responsibility is registration the property at Land office and translation documents.

Khun Ananya can speaks Thai and English

Khun Nittaya is joined of the firm in June 2019

She graduated from Thammasat University with an LL.B. in 2008. 

After graduation from university Khun Nittaya started working with several law firms in Phuket. She joined The Attitude club, the real estate developer, in 2011 as Legal Assistant. Her responsibility was drafting contract and property registration process. 

In 2015 she changed to work in hospitality field in 5 stars hotels in Phuket as Human Resources Executive.

Khun Nittaya’s responsibility is reviewing contract and registration the property at Land office.

Khun Nittaya speaks Thai and English.  

Khun Pronprakai Choedchai is joined of the firm in 2014.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Faculty of Management Science (B.B.A.) from Phuket Rajabhat University in 2011.

Khun Pronprakai’s responsibility is preparing all relevant documents and dealing with government authorities in the areas of Thai Immigration and Labour matters (Visa and Work Permit), Real Estate transactions, the Company formation and re-structuring registrations as well as the license applications which may be required by law for Business activities.

In addition, she also provides an assistance of administration, basic accounting and secretarial for supporting to the Executives.
